Organized by the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD) in partnership with the China International Fair for Investment and Trade, the Future Investment Conference 2026 will focus on how innovation and sustainability can shape investment in a changing global environment. The event is held annually in Xiamen and is expected to convene global policymakers, international organizations, sovereign wealth funds, institutional investors and industry leaders.

Anbima CEO José Carlos Doherty will join the session “Global investment reconfiguring: Drivers, patterns and development pathways,” which will examine how geopolitical shifts, technological change, industrial policies and the restructuring of global value chains are reshaping international investment.
