
Anbima will attend the WAIFC Young Academic Award 2026, an initiative of the World Alliance of International Financial Centers (WAIFC) that recognizes research by young academics on key trends shaping the future of finance.
This year’s topics include sustainable finance and the net-zero transition, social impact and inclusion, artificial intelligence, digital assets and tokenization, as well as talent development and the skills needed for the future of the financial sector.
The three winners will present their work in Busan on September 15, followed by the award ceremony on September 16. Anbima’s participation comes as part of its engagement with WAIFC, which it joined as an observer earlier this year.
