The 26th China International Fair for Investment and Trade (CIFIT) will bring together government representatives, investors, financial institutions and companies in Xiamen to discuss cross-border investment and new business opportunities. Hosted by China’s Ministry of Commerce, the fair is one of the country’s main platforms for promoting two-way investment.

This year’s edition will focus on investment into China, Chinese investment abroad and broader international investment, with forums, project roadshows and business matchmaking activities. Delegations from 123 countries and regions have registered to participate, while Finland and Saudi Arabia will be the guest countries of honor. The event will also feature an expanded financial area, bringing together more than 140 financial institutions.

Anbima will take part in the event through the Future Investment Conference, organized by UN Trade and Development (UNCTAD) in partnership with CIFIT on September 8 and 9.
